Hiring now for a Gift shop Sales Associate at the heart of Topanga Canyon! Shop at 27 was born in Topanga and is a very unique and cozy store right next to a famous Cafè, called Cafe on 27. The one-stop destination for gift shopping and a wonderful experience for customers who drive from long distances. If you enjoy selling unique and beautiful things and getting to know new people and new cultures daily, your place is with us.
Supplemental pay: Bonus Pay when applicable
Schedule: Morning Shift, Flexible, we are open for business 365 days a year—four to five times a week to start. Weekends Should be available.
Interviews will be scheduled immediately for qualifying candidates.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must speak English (multi-lingual people are encouraged to apply!)
- Must be legal to work in the USA.
- No criminal record
- Understand and learn about the products that are sold in the shop.
- Must have a pleasant personality and a well-groomed appearance.
- Preferably have retail/ customer service experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by creating an organized and pleasant shopping environment for our guests.
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish merchandise display and inventory control tasks.
- Be able to stand on your feet all day and lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay: $19.00 per hour for Start
Shift:
6-8 hour shift per day
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
10 Am - 4 Pm
Weekends
9 am - 4:30 pm
