We are a small and growing retail and e-commerce business in the micro-mobility space (scooters, ebikes, e-mopeds, etc).
We have a retail store and warehouse centrally located in Los Angeles where we fulfill online and in-store purchases. We are seeking a Retail Associate to interact with customers on the phone and in-person and to help process orders in the warehouse. This person will have the following responsibilities:
Greet and assist in-person customers
Answer phone calls
Fulfill orders by retrieving and preparing items for shipment
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. or more
Safely operate electric stacker, manual and electric pallet jacks for lifting / moving heavier items
Preserve safe and clean work environment
Assemble products for customers picking up in-store
This position is full-time, approximately 32 to 40 hours per week depending on the employee's preference and seasonal needs of the business. Work schedule is 9am to 4pm with the possibility of extending to 5pm during certain periods. Both Saturday and Sunday are included as part of a 5 day work week.
