Job description
We are looking for a part time employee to work at our plus size clothing shop.
We are a plus size brand so we are looking for someone who can uphold a safe, welcoming, and fun shopping space for all that includes no negative body talk and understands our clientele. Many of our customers make a point to visit us while traveling so we need someone passionate about customer service and inclusivity to help facilitate a great shopping experiences for all who enter.
Responsibilities may include:
Checking out customers with our POS system
Customer service / helping customers find items
Knowledge of plus size fashion and vintage fashion
Light social media on occasion (Instagram stories and appearing in content)
Some listing of items on our website and story sales
Light cleaning (dusting and vacuuming)
Qualifications:
2+ years retail experience
Great customer service skills
Must be 18+ with the ability to commute to our Highland Park shop
Must be able to commit to being on time
Friday and Saturday availability is a must (both days)
Plus size fashion experience / interest is a plus
Merchandising experience or interest is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
