Over the last few years, we’ve experienced exceptional growth and are now seeking a driven and experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to lead our online sales strategy, manage marketplace channels, and help expand our digital presence.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a sales leader with a proven track record in e-commerce to develop, negotiate, and implement partnerships across online marketplaces. This role will manage assigned marketplace channels while identifying and launching new opportunities to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute an online business plan aligned with company growth goals.
Maintain product catalogs and ensure accurate, up-to-date listings, photos, and videos across all channels.
Manage product listings, content, keywords, inventory, pricing, and promotional activities to achieve sales and margin targets.
Develop and oversee promotional campaigns for online marketplaces.
Act as the main point of contact for all third-party marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Facebook, Shopify, etc.).
Resolve customer inquiries quickly to maintain high ratings and satisfaction.
Monitor and manage pricing strategies to avoid conflicts across platforms.
Review sales performance regularly and adjust strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
Coordinate inventory forecasting to maintain proper stock levels across multiple sales channels.
Oversee social media marketing, email marketing, and website updates/troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Facebook, Shopify, etc.).
At least 1 year of direct marketplace management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, PPC marketing, and SEO best practices.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of branding and marketplace product positioning.
Schedule
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
