Position Overview:
As a key player in growth, you will be responsible for driving the development and marketing strategies of our perfume brand. This position offers a dynamic blend of business development, marketing, and client relations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience or you could be fresh out of school with a degree in business development, marketing, or brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, retailers, and potential business partners through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Work directly with the founder to shape and execute the overall business strategy and vision for the brand.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations that drive revenue growth.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to establish connections and promote the product.
Manage the logistics and coordination of travel, events, and meetings as required to support business growth.
