We are a residential apartment community focused on providing a welcoming, well-informed experience for prospective residents. We’re seeking a reliable and personable individual to host tours of our available units during set morning and evening hours. Each tour will take approximately 20 minutes, and we are expecting 2 morning tours and 2 afternoon/evening tours Monday - Saturday. For now we are expecting about 12 hours weekly at minimum.
This is the perfect job for a college student or recent grad.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Morning Tours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Evening Tours : 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Saturdays
Morning Tours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon Tours: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
· Greet prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
· Conduct scheduled tours of available apartment units and community amenities.
· Highlight key features, benefits, and leasing details.
· Answer questions about the property, pricing, and lease terms.
· Ensure model units and tour areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
· Provide follow-up information to prospective tenants after tours.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Prior leasing or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
