Basic Function:
Assist in expanding our company in Los Angeles as one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the city. Our office currently manages 400 doors which consist of single-family homes, condos, and multi-family. This is a work-from-home position so you must have a home office setup. Manager to report directly to the President.
Activities:
The activities listed here are not all-inclusive; rather, they indicate the types of activities normally performed by this position.
- Supervise a team of 5 people within the management department
- Review and sign the lease
- Pick up and scan mail from the Sherman Oaks office
- Arrange appointments to advise owners on how to quickly lease their homes with a quality tenant
- Inspections and assist landlords with repairs.
- Escalations
- Move in/out/periodic inspections
- Maintain positive, effective working relationships with all clients, and ensure satisfaction with property management services.
Qualifications:
- Must be available for emergencies in the after-hours from time to time.
- You must be a problem solver with the ability to handle stress with high pressure from time to time. We will train you for skills!
- Minimum of three years experience in a property manager or supervisor role
- California Real Estate license
- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within 25 miles radius of Sherman Oaks
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Computer savvy with home office setup (laptop, scanner, smartphone, etc)
