We are seeking an experienced and professional Resident Apartment Manager for a luxury, 74-unit building in Studio City. This is a full-time position with exceptional compensation, including a free luxury apartment, paid utilities, excellent salary and paid vacation time. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsible, and experienced in managing upscale residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
Handle leasing, tenant relations, and rent collection
Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the highest standards
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and enforce lease agreements
Requirements:
Prior local managing experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of property management software
Must be professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
