We are looking for an EXPERIENCED ROCKSTAR Airbnb / Short-Term rental Administrative assistant / host to join our rapidly growing company and help manage up to 30 short-term rental properties starting immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work with a team to respond to inquiries within 10 minutes between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm DAILY, 6 days per week! YOU MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR HOLLYWOOD CA

You will be required to learn all software applications and company procedures quickly and have a high level of problem-solving skills to work with guests' changing demands. Customer service and people skills are imperative to maintaining high ratings on Airbnb and property rental platforms.

YOU MUST be able to work independently and solve problems on your own This is super important.

Support is always available, but to be clear, We need a self-starter who can run this as if it were their own business without the need for constant supervision. ONLY apply if you are this type of person.

Daily responsibilities will include:

1. Answering inquiries

2. Managing guest reservations

3. Daily monitoring of Housekeeping

4. Sending out maintenance techs for repairs as needed

5. Providing excellent customer service via phone or in-person to ensure a positive guest experience. The candidate should be able to handle multiple reservations simultaneously and provide support to guests throughout their stay.

6. Going to properties regularly to conduct inspections and assist guests.

THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB AND PAY STARTS AT $30,000 - $40,000 per year 6 days per week. Keep in mind this is a starting salary and will INCREASE rapidly in the coming months for the right motivated professional person.

This job will also require some driving for property inspections, guest check-ins etc. There is extra pay for gas.

HOWEVER, please note the hours vary from day to day so you must be flexible to answer all inquiries and guest requests that come in between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Some days will be extremely slow and others will be extremely busy.
