We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our busy real estate office. While experience in real estate is not required, prior office experience is preferred. We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails.
Organizing and filing paperwork.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Assisting with data entry and maintaining records.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
Previous office experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right candidate).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable using basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
