Role Description
This is a full-time and part-time Mortgage Loan Officer role at Number 1 Lending. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to mortgage lending and underwriting. This is an on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA.
Qualifications
Loan Officers, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending skills
Underwriting and Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
Must have a NMLS License
Must have a DRE License
