They do their own prospecting, marketing, lead follow up, reviewing loan applications, collecting documents, running DU. How many loans can you realistically do like this per month? 5 maximum, and that's if you're REALLY good.
Second secret to being successful is having a consistent and reliable source of business. Without having a source of business that's consistent and reliable you will be get stuck running around trying to chase down business from one source to the next to the next, it's not a sustainable way to grow and scale a business.
The third and final secret is building a team. People that can handle the paperwork and the small tasks like collecting documents that don't actually do anything to produce income but are necessary to keep the business going.

Job requirements
- Licensed or Unlicensed is OK
- 1+ year as a mortgage loan officer or Loan Officer assistant
- Good attitude
- Cannot be computer illiterate
- Good sales skill and presentable
