We are seeking an experienced team of two to co-manage a 72-unit apartment building in a prime Encino location, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. This is a great opportunity for a team with strong communication, organizational, and property management skills to manage a very well-maintained and desirable property.
Key Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and rent collection.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
Enforce lease agreements and property rules.
Manage resident move-ins and move-outs.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years experience in property management.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of property management software and basic office tools.
Ability to respond to emergencies promptly.
