Apartment Maintenance Coordinator
Growing boutique apartment management firm needs an experienced Apartment Maintenance Coordinator. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of Apartment Management experience working a large portfolio of scattered sites, at a large apartment community, or Homeowners Association (HOA) Management Company with scattered sites. This is a full-time, direct hire position and works in the office in West Los Angeles, CA.

Maintenance Coordinator Job Requirements:
3 year of Apartment Management experience REQUIRED
Professional attitude and exceptional customer service skills including a positive attitude.
Experience assisting tenants with maintenance requests at a property management company with scattered sites, a minimum of a 400-unit apartment community, or an HOA maintenance department.
Current training in Fair Housing is preferred
Available for emergency calls on evenings and weekends
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management-specific programs
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and follow-up.
High School Diploma or GED, minimum.

Maintenance Coordinator Job Description
Assist current residents with service requests and other concerns with a professional, helpful, and courteous attitude.
Processes work orders, dispatch service technicians, and ensures they are completed promptly.
Keep a daily record of all pending and completed work orders
Work with Property Supervisors and provide updates on outstanding maintenance requests and the status of unit turns and verify resident requests are being completed.
Follow up on all maintenance requests until completion and achieve resident satisfaction.
On–call for emergency requests on evenings and weekends
Other general office duties and assist fellow associates in all functions of the office.
Comply with all State, Local, and Federal Fair Housing and ADA laws.

Hourly pay $22 - $24 commensurate with experience
