Our team is looking for a highly motivated and organized person. Looking to hire an office manager with previous bookkeeping experience. Must be computer savvy. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement.
We are a small, but fast paced industrial business in a family office, and we wear a lot of hats. Must be reliable and honest. Must have experience beyond general reception. Day to day primarily consists of receiving calls, responding to emails, taking notes, light invoicing, light bookkeeping, financial company management, scheduling, tasks, light research, and daily communication.
Primary focus will be on customer service, quotes and communication.
You will mostly be working one on one with the owner, and often independently. You will need a way to stay organized in your note taking, and should expect frequent communication with the owner.
Operating Hours: M-F 8am-6pm (Flexible)

Here are valuable qualities we are looking for:
Communication- Daily, and frequent communication with owner. Keep him up to speed on customer inquiries, emails, and the general day to day. Usage of WhatsApp. Ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask as many questions to help your work flow.
Research Friendly- Locating old information from our server, emails, and documents. Finding new information online. A lot of what we do involves regular research on google.
Technology Friendly- We use a few different web pages/apps and softwares including: quote generating/ invoicing, credit card running, calendar, phone/voip, Paychex and more. All are fairly straightforward once you get the flow.
Attention to Detail- This is very useful when it comes to learning about our customer's needs, which comes with time. Other times this might be looking out for emails that express urgency.
