Oasis Oaks Sober Living, Inc. is a supportive, recovery-focused sober house dedicated to helping individuals transition successfully into sober living. We provide a safe, structured environment for residents working to maintain their sobriety and rebuild their lives.

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Live-In House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a supportive and structured environment for our residents. This is a live-in position, and the House Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting residents, and ensuring the facility remains a safe and positive space.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, encouraging positive behaviors and adherence to house rules.

Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the house, including managing house schedules, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among residents in a constructive and timely manner.

Compliance: Ensure that all residents comply with house rules and recovery plans. Conduct regular check-ins and drug screenings as required.

Program Facilitation: Assist with the planning and implementation of group meetings, educational sessions, and other recovery-oriented activities.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with residents, staff, and external stakeholders. Provide regular reports on resident progress and house status.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in addiction recovery support is preferred. Certification in addiction counseling or a related field is a plus.

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in recovery.

Traits: Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others achieve their recovery goals. Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing support.

Availability: Must be available to live on-site full-time, with flexibility to address issues as they arise.
