We’re a dynamic law firm committed to excellence and teamwork, and we’re looking for an exceptional Receptionist/Office Services Assistant to be the friendly face of our office and provide vital support to our operations.
Position Overview:
Are you a warm and personable individual with a knack for organization and multitasking? We’re seeking a Receptionist/Office Services Assistant who will greet visitors with a smile, manage day-to-day office tasks with efficiency, and contribute to a positive office atmosphere. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for everyone who interacts with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support other departments with various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required
Direct, hands-on knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
Computer savvy with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative when necessary.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Hourly Rate: $18-$20
Benefits: Health, Dental, 401k, Vacation, and Sick Time following completion of 90-day probationary period
