Seeking a full time receptionist to assist with office tasks and customer service. Hours are 9am-5pm Monday -Friday. Tasks will include managing and contacting customers via phone and email, assisting with office tasks such as data entry and filing. Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be proficient in communicating via email and must be familiar with Excel, Word, and Quickbooks. Other skills should include being reliable, organized, self motivated, and attention to detail. MUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST 5 YEARS working in an office setting. Hourly wage is between $24-26/hr. based on experience.
