We are looking for a team mate, who will be able to greet and handle customers professionally and be able to follow instructions from others to keep a smooth and stress free working environment
What You'll Do:
- Help customers over the phone
- Answer calls, take messages, and transfer them like a pro.
- Schedule appointments per office manager
- Be able to use basics quickbooks
- Filing all office documents and ordering material for jobs. Be able to communicate with suppliers and employees
What You Need:
- A friendly vibe and great communication skills.
- Ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
- Some computer skills – you'll be using scheduling software and a bit of Excel.
