CAR PROS BMW OF DTLA is seeking a Receptionist / Cashier who provides excellent customer service to all customers of the service and parts departments.
He or she receives and processes payments, explains the repair process to customers, ensure bills and invoices are accurate, and answer phones as needed. In addition, the Cashier may complete opening/closing procedures, maintain files of all important documents and customer information, and provide administrative assistance to the service advisors.
