This includes tasks like sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities: STRONG at Math
Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
Utilize systems for effective production planning.
Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best purchasing terms.
Assist in materials management by tracking inventory movements and usage.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information within SAP or similar systems.
Collaborate with production teams to forecast material needs based on upcoming projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include: Reviewing and facilitating incoming pricing requests. Retrieving and/or updating the current costs of ingredients for any given product. Analyzing customer history, recent activity/sales, potential, and any known relationships with other customers. Coordinating with other departments to gather relevant information for pricing requests. Maintaining accurate and current customer/product notes in the company’s ERP system. Creating customer-facing price quotes. Utilizing Microsoft Excel to perform calculations and synthesize data into helpful internal or customer-facing reports.
Desired Qualifications: Accounting background. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of calculations, formatting, and built-in reporting features.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
