We are looking for an Office Assistant (Part-Time/Full-Time) to assist with general office duties and general bookkeeping data entry. No experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
Help with order entry, data entry, prepare spreadsheet, and QuickBooks data entry
Prepare sales, accounting, and financial reports
Answer incoming phone calls
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, invoicing, copying, faxing, scanning, mailings

Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Mathematically inclined
Outstanding customer service skills
Basic skills with MS Office applications
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Must be well organized and be flexible to shifting priorities
Bilingual Spanish/Chinese a plus
