Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for all customers and vendors
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and paper/digital records
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support and communication with field employees when needed.
- Able to make decisions and problem-solve under pressure with grace.
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction office or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, willing to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or construction software (XactAnalysis, DocuSign, Clock shark), QuickBooks experience preferred (willing to train).
-Bilingual Eng/ Spanish, read & write.
