We are a small family-owned company located in Long Beach, CA. We currently have an opening for an administrative assistant, to perform a variety of tasks. The right candidate will answer phones to provide customer service, assist with dispatching technicians to jobs, assist in billing and light bookeeping.
Full Time - 40 hours a week - M-F 8A-5P. - No Weekends - In the office.
$25.00/hr. + depending on experience. No Benefits.
Must be able to work in the United States.
Requirements:
Must be able to read and write English clearly, including grammar and vocabulary.
Bilingual – MUST SPEAK Spanish
Must have basic knowledge of computers, MICROSFT OFFiCE
PREFER basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
Excellent time management.
Attention to detail is extremely important
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails while providing customer service.
Create estimates, enter data for lease agreements, assist in billing, and light bookeeping
General office duties, including data entry.
Review and file work orders.
Work closely with management on special projects, as assigned.
