Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, experienced and professional Customer Service/Front Office Support = Team Leader to manage incoming calls, order taking, assist clients via phone & email, perform data entry, and support all other departments as needed.
We are a small Family Manufacturing Company, 35 years in the marketplace with our Candles and Cosmetics. The front office leadership team is 3 people, and in our production areas, we’re staffed with 10 creatives. We are a seasonal business, a bit slower in the hot summer months, and much busier in the Fall, Winter months.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a busy volume of inbound calls, take orders and assist our customers with pricing and order turnaround times-
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone-
Help resolve client issues with the appropriate departments- shipping dates-
Perform general clerical duties including order entry, copying, scanning, and shipping labels-
Requirements:
High school diploma required- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices- min. 5 years’ experience-
Familiarity with the usual office programs, and should be very comfortable with Excel spreadsheets-
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary and expected-
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and work both independently and as part of a team-
