Entertainment studio is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, check-ins, promotions, and offboarding tasks
- Handle employee data, EDD claims, I-9 audits, and system updates
- Support contingent worker placements and coordinate employee changes
- Organize HR documents for productions &crew
- Track and schedule mandatory trainings
- Manage background checks, accommodations, and case files
- Assist with scheduling, travel, expenses, and ad hoc admin tasks
- Support employee relations tracking and process improvements
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience required (HR experience a plus)
- Strong interest in HR and people operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
- Experience with Success Factors, Concur, Airtable, or First Advantage a plus
