Answering phone calls and Emails to coordinate Waste requests
Returning Phone calls with any information needed from our customer
Preparing Required Documents for Waste Pick-Ups
Scheduling Offloading Appointments
Data Entry
Filing
Providing support to all departments of the company when needed.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSES THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:
Prior experience in an office setting.
Have reliable transportation.
English speaker (Spanish is a plus but not required).
Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Be adaptable and ready to handle last-minute changes effectively.
Be a proactive problem solver who can think quickly on their feet.
Have basic computer skills (printing, labeling, etc.).
Be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
Have excellent communication skills for interacting with drivers and customers.
Full-Time
M-F 8:30am-5pm
Compensation: DOE
