We are seeking a detailed and reliable front desk receptionist with at least 1+years of related office experience. Primary duties will include data entry, record maintenance, and answering phones. Assist Body Shop Manager with administrative tasks involving collision estimates and work in process.
Auto Body Receptionist-Essential Duties
Monitors the performance of all body shop metrics
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise management of all serious complaints or incidences
Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary
Monitors paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly, and filled or distributed to the appropriate parties
Maintains professional appearance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to handle a busy office that consists of fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
The candidate must be detail-oriented, manage time effectively, and possess the ability to work independently
