Position Opening: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Inclusive & Global Leadership Team)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee the CEO’s daily schedule, managing appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.

- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Handle confidential matters with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

- Draft, proofread, and finalize communications, reports, and executive presentations.

- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting key points.

- Support the CEO with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive, high-level support for all engagements.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

- Superior organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.

- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
