Position Overview
As our Pest Control Dispatcher, you will be the central hub of our operations, managing technician schedules and maintaining strong customer relationships through efficient service coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for pest control services based on customer needs and technician availability
Confirm appointments with customers to ensure service readiness and reduce no-shows
Dispatch technicians to job sites with proper route optimization and service details
Maintain accurate records of appointments and service schedules
Coordinate with field technicians throughout the day
Handle customer inquiries and schedule changes professionally
