CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Provide timely and courteous support, resolving basic issues or directing to appropriate departments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Process forms, applications, or service requests efficiently
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, filing, and office support
Assist management with projects and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Spanish speaker a plus
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM systems
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
