Restoration Admin Assistant
We are an established water mitigation company located in Van Nuys. We are currently looking for an administrative assistant with office and preferably plumbing/home warranty experience. The right candidate will ensure smooth workflow throughout the job, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
Coordinating and scheduling appointments
Communicating with customers and co-workers
Communicate with insurance companies and clients to follow-up on payments
Assist with resolution of customer issues
Maintain accurate and organized files
Coordinate material purchases and onsite services
Maintain and monitor job status
