We are a healthcare organization seeking a skilled and experienced bookkeeper that has strong experience in receivables, collections and Admin to join our Team

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients about billing
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
Initiate and oversee the collections process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Collaborate with management to improve cash flow and collections efficiency
Qualifications:
Great Communication and organizational skills (important to build good repour with our Clients)
Excellent in all Microsoft office applications, such as Excel, Word, and others
Knowledge and experience in Health Insurance Types and Medical Billing
Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
