Responsibilities:
Assist with client inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate vendor orders and maintain office inventory.
Manage databases by inputting, updating, and retrieving data accurately.
Answer incoming calls, screen, and direct them appropriately.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence.
Support administrative and clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Support daily business operations, including logistics, scheduling, and supply chain coordination.
Track and manage operational workflows to ensure timely task completion.
Assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory control processes.
Coordinate internal communications between departments to streamline operations.
Help implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical/front desk or operations support role.
Proficient in time management, logistics coordination, and computer skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with basic project tracking tools is preferred.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Exceptional attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work varying shifts between 6 am to 8 pm for opening/closing shifts.
Quick learner open to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with confidence in handling responsibilities.
Authorized to work in the USA.
