Position: Administrative Secretary needed for a construction company.
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday
We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Secretary to join our construction team.
You’ll handle admin tasks, bookkeeping, and CRM management to help keep operations running smoothly.
Duties:
1. Manage calendars, files, meetings, and travel.
2. Handle bookkeeping including AP/AR, payroll, payments, account reconciliations.
3. Maintain CRM system and generate reports.
4. Office support: supplies, systems, and procedures.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years admin experience in the construction field, preferred.
2. Bookkeeping & CRM experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive.
4. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
5. Experience with QuickBase or a construction CRM software.
6. Bilingual in Hebrew, preferred.
Compensation: $5K per month plus bonuses and growth opportunities.
