Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service and Order Management
Process customer orders from initial placement through delivery
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
Assist with order shipments including domestic production and logistics coordination
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail, and packages
Process and send purchase orders to vendors
Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records
2. Data Management
Conduct accurate data entry across various systems
Organize and maintain databases and filing systems
3. Digital Media Management
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website
Gather and organize data and product information for the company website
Help manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling
Monitor online engagement and respond to inquiries on digital platforms
4. General Support
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist with special projects and events organization as needed

Requirements
1. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, office management, or data processing roles
Experience in customer service and order processing preferred
2. Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with QuickBooks and database management
3. Soft Skills
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
