Established Small Business looking to hire an Admin/Clerical Assistant to join our team
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Invoicing
-Filing
-Update price sheets internally & on website
-Answer phone
-Process online orders and send payment links
-Shopify website pricing up date & sending payment links
Job qualifications:
-Computer skills
-Organizational skills
-Personable
-Analytical -able to use deductive reasoning to solve problems
-Math & accounting knowledge -useful
-Digital marketing skills/knowledge- useful
-Must get along with dogs
Open Monday - Friday 8-5 (this is our hours of operation however we do have some flexibility on scheduling within these days/time)
