Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage and streamline our email communications. The role requires reviewing and sorting emails each morning (anytime between 6-9 am), forwarding relevant messages, removing irrelevant ones, and providing a daily summary via text.
Responsibilities:
Review and organize incoming emails daily.
Forward pertinent emails and remove irrelevant ones.
Provide a concise roundup of the email summary each morning via text.
Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Previous administrative experience is a plus.
