Thread Roll Technician

Monday thru Friday - 5am to 1:30pm
$16.90 to $25.90 depending on experience.
High end manufacturing company producing precision, quality aerospace fasteners is looking for a Thread Roll Technician to join their team in Burbank.
Responsibilities:
Performs thread rolling on various materials with different diameters
Set up and operate various thread roll machines.
Check parts to SPC requirements.
Operate holding five dimensions: major, minor, pitch, radius and run-out length.
Visually check parts for laps, and acid etch parts.
Ensure dies match.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a thread roll technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Must be experienced using different materials
Must be able to trouble shoot if a machine goes out of tolerance
Must be able to use a SPC computer and comparator
High school diploma or GED or four years related experience and/or training
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
