Job responsibilities:
Operate sewing machines to sew, cut, and splice clothing, be responsible for the cutting, ironing, packaging and other related processes of fabrics, follow the production process, ensure that product quality meets company standards, maintain and clean work equipment, ensure normal operation, and complete work tasks on time according to production plans.
Job requirements:
No experience is required, the company provides training, those with relevant experience are preferred, good manual operation skills, familiarity with sewing machines or other related equipment are preferred, careful, patient, able to accept repetitive work, have team spirit, can collaborate with colleagues to complete production tasks, and can adapt to certain physical labor and production rhythm.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $16 - $23 / hour, training is provided to help employees improve their skills, enjoy extra income such as overtime subsidies and performance bonuses, provide benefits such as health insurance and 401k retirement plan, flexible working hours, full-time or part-time options are available.
