PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Ravenhill Studio is seeking a sharp, energetic, hard working, and detail oriented Production Associate to join our team. This is a fast paced, hands-on opportunity to learn how a small design studio designs, markets and manufactures high-end lighting fixtures. You’ll be working with a small, passionate team of makers and designers who take great pride in what we do. The position is full time with benefits, including profit sharing, a Studio lunch program and access to the shop after hours and on weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn to build, pack, and ship our full range of products.
Assist the Production Manager in the timely completion of our weekly builds.
Clean and organize our Studio space.
Master our methods and standards to ensure that all the products we ship meet the studio’s high quality standards.
Take part in our Creative Fridays projects where we take on in-house build projects and Studio upgrades.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic woodworking or construction knowledge
An interest in efficiency and the way things are made.
Detail oriented, reliable and focused
A self-starter with an eagerness to learn and master our unique building techniques.
Passion for learning new things.
Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
