We’re looking for a skilled and dynamic Print Shop Manager to lead our team, manage operations, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Manage client inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with precision and care.

Provide expert advice on printing options and solutions tailored to client needs.

Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day shop operations, including scheduling, staff management, and workflow optimization.

Maintain inventory levels for supplies and ensure proper maintenance of all printing equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Technical Expertise:

Operate and troubleshoot Brother, Roland, and Mimaki printing machines for various projects.

Oversee production of high-quality prints, including setup, color calibration, and finishing processes.

Train and mentor staff on equipment usage, quality standards, and production techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing a print shop or similar production environment.

Expertise in operating and maintaining Brother, Roland, and Mimaki machines.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.

Proficiency in workflow management tools and basic office software.

Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
