We are seeking a Maintenance Lead to become part of our team!
The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently. You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Responsibilities include:
Repair major and minor issue with equipment and buildings
Supervise and lead a team of 6 maintenance technicians
Oversee repairs and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems
Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Train and support maintenance staff
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
