Machine Operator Specialist

Job Title: Machine Operator (Van Nuys, CA)We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, adhere to safety standards, and be willing to learn. Teamwork is essential, and the goal is to ensure smooth production for maximum efficiency and profit.Responsibilities:Set up and calibrate machines for production cycles.Adjust machine settings (speed, parameters).Feed raw materials into machines.Inspect parts with measuring tools.Test machines periodically and address any issues.Document and report production output, including defects.Maintain accurate production records and report volume and quality.Skills:Experience with high-speed machinery (Paper Converting machines a plus).Knowledge of production procedures and GMP (preferred).Strong attention to detail and safety awareness (PPE required).Teamwork and communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.Schedule:12-hour shifts (Day: 5am-5pm or Night: 5pm-5am), Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.Pay & Benefits:$21.00 - $24.00 per hour.40-60 hours per week.401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off.Experience:3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
