Shift: 1st
You will be responsible for the assembly of membrane modules to help the team meet their scaling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of packaged membrane modules (final product) that meet quality requirements which includes the following tasks of Assembly of hollow fiber bundles – includes visual inspection of long strands of fiber to ensure they meet quality requirements
-Cut fibers per required length indicated and package fibers together ensuring caution in all fiber handling
- Pot fibers into a small plastic module using an epoxy substance
- Repeat assembly of multiple membrane modules per week per quality and productivity requirements
- Ability to handle small fiber like materials and arrange for packaging
- Ability to perform visual inspections to ensure consistent color indication of coating on small fiber materials
- Requires dexterity in handling small objects and ability to maintain consistent quality control over redundant tasks
Educational/Experience Requirements:
-Experience working in a lab environment with strong quality control requirements
-Experience working with small materials requiring dexterity, attention to detail, caution in handling
-Experienced in handling chemicals or solutions
