CNC Mill Operators - All Shifts!

Now Hiring: CNC Mill Operators! Join our team in the aerospace/defense industry! We're looking for full-time CNC Mill Operators to help produce precision parts.What You'll Do:Operate CNC milling machines to create high-quality parts.Inspect parts to meet quality standards.Maintain production records and perform basic machine maintenance.Keep the workspace clean and follow safety guidelines.Basic CNC experience and knowledge of machining operations preferred.Basic shop math skills, mechanical aptitude, and tool use.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English.Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and physical endurance.Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain refugees).Physical Demands:Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and fine dexterity.Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.Shifts:Day Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off!)Second Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:30pmPay:CNC Operator I: $18.50-$22.50/hrCNC Operator II: $22.50-$27.50/hrBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, life insuranceDisability, vacation, sick pay401kMGI is an equal opportunity employer.
