We are looking for a general laborer with assembly experience.
Assemble parts into sub-assemblies & final assemble standard production machines, etc. Also evaluates & repairs standard production machines (MB,PF,WS,AD&DC). Under general supervision performs PC board, electrical , and some mechanical assembly.
Assembles parts & standard machines in a timely manner. Tests assembled parts & machines for error-free functionality. Will evaluate machines returned by customers for repair or demo machines. Occasionally helps customers with repairs & operation problems on the basic equipment such as micro blasters.
Assembles harnesses, cables, special cables, foot switches, and all electric sub-assemblies; wire wrap card racks in complex machines control boxes and interface boxes, MB timer, PF/DF BV and SA units; power supply, range switches /valve switches, PCB with wiring, manual panels, bridge panels, and other various panels. Uses epoxy to adhere cables, emitters & detectors. Wires chassis with some mechanical assembly. Loads & solders Printed Circuit Boards. Occasionally assembles nozzles (various sizes of holders and carbides), other product sub-assemblies, accessory parts kits, manuals, prints, and wire lists.
Powder processing duties include the following: using powder shakers, pneumatic conveyer, feeder, dust collector, dehumidifier, heat sealer, label computer and printer. Constructs boxes, powder bagging, boxing and labeling. Prepares powder orders for shipment. Repetitive lifting of 50+ pounds, prepares pallets, wraps pallets.
Work Environment while performing the duties of shaking powder and loading powder in the shaker or bags, the employee is regularly exposed to airborne particles. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
