We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented In-House Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive impactful marketing initiatives, with a key focus on content creation and quality lead generation.
Job Overview:
As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that engage our audience and amplify our brand presence. You’ll manage content creation across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and our website, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives. Your ability to create compelling content and analyze campaign performance will be essential to our marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and execution of creative content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, videos, infographics, and more
Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials to ensure high-quality, engaging content
Design and implement social media campaigns that align with company goals and drive engagement
Optimize content for SEO and ensure it generates not only leads, but quality appointments
Track and report on content performance, using data to continuously improve content strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to create visually appealing content
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a creative, results-driven approach
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
