We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. sales rep with a design / home staging background
This role will be responsible for selling our luxury home staging and design products. Responsibilities will include managing the entire sales funnel, expanding our accounts and increasing wallet share from existing clients. This roll will conduct lead generation, convert leads to satisfied customers, and deepen relationships with clients to maximize revenue and ensure longevity from accounts. In addition to being exceptionally personable and dependable, the Business Development Representative must be able to effectively articulate Our value proposition, identify and understand the individual needs of each project, negotiate strong contracts, and be comfortable with networking and prospecting.

Requirements
Required:
2+ years professional sales experience (preferably in home staging or other luxury services)
Experience and or comfort in Real Estate, Construction and Design
A robust book of potential home staging clients across brokerages and development companies
Relationship building and client management experience
Strong organizational ability and deep relationship / client management experience
Preferred: Degree preferred in either sales, marketing, or related fields
