Be My Creative Right Hand & Help Build a Movement
I'm looking for a highly creative, strategic, and enthusiastic Content Manager & Producer who isn’t just here to execute tasks—but to think big, bring fresh energy, and be my creative right hand.
Our brand operates at the one-of-a-kind intersection of photography, wellness, fashion, somatics, and creativity. Our content is not just about making people look good—it’s about helping people feel seen, expressed, and celebrated.
We teach people how to pose—not just to look great, but to feel empowered in their identity.
We create content that blends art, self-expression, and personal transformation.
We believe everyone is a work of art, and we exist to help them see it.
This isn’t just a content job—it’s about being part of a movement. I need someone who can capture the magic of what we do, amplify it, and create moments that inspire millions.
This person will not only match my energy but amplify it. When I say, “I need to surprise a fan on her wedding day and be her posing coach,” you’re the one who gets giddy, grabs a camera, and figures out how to make it the most iconic moment for the brand.
If this works out, this is the person I’ll be happily traveling across the U.S. and the world with to:
Make dream photoshoots happen for strangers and fans
Coach the next generation of photographers to become DASU apprentices
Host unforgettable events at DASU Studios
Create viral quizzes, free guides, and content that genuinely helps people
Continue teaching people how to pose to see themselves as a work of art
And the coolest part? You’ll be working alongside a powerhouse creator and CEO who is deeply passionate about content creation—and you’ll have access to our stunning photo studio in Silverlake, Los Angeles to bring our ideas to life.
If this sounds like the kind of life-changing work you want to be part of, keep reading.
About Me
You’ll be working very closely with me (David Suh), so it’s only fair to share a bit about myself.
I’m a TED Mainstage Speaker, a globally recognized creator, and a portrait photographer who has worked with some of the biggest names in the world.
I’ve photographed icons like:
Lily Collins (Emily in Paris, Love, Rosie)
Ashley Park (Emily in Paris, Joy Ride)
Ke Huy Quan (Oscar-Winning Actor, Everything Everywhere All at Once)
Adam Mosseri (Head of Instagram)
I’ve built an audience of over 7.5 million people online by teaching people how to express themselves through posing and photography.
I move fast. My ideas are bold, my execution is relentless, and my team is built on trust, creativity, and shared vision. I don’t just want to “make content”—I want to build something transformational.
If this excites you, let’s build something game-changing together.

Be a Creative Partner to David
You are a Swiss Army knife when it comes to content creation—skilled in copywriting, design, art direction, photography, videography, and set design. While you don’t have to master every single one, you have a high standard for each aspect and know how to collaborate with contractors to fill any gaps.

Bring big energy & ideas to content planning sessions and get excited about making them happen.
Spot trends & cultural moments and say, “David, you need to be on this right now—let’s GO.”
Content Execution & Repurposing
Manage the creation, scheduling, and posting of content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email.
Repurpose long-form content (interviews, BTS, photoshoots) into short-form clips, carousels, and other formats.
Work with David’s talent manager to ensure PR/shoutout content is captured & posted.
Track engagement trends and optimize content for reach & conversion.
Content for Funnel Growth
Support the creation of various lead funnels.
Work with the email & paid marketing team to ensure content aligns with the funnel strategy.
Organize David’s “philosophy bank” from past interviews, turning insights into usable content.
Brand Partnership Content
Ensure brand sponsorship content is seamlessly integrated into our regular content flow.
Work with the talent manager to plan & execute PR shoutouts, integrations, and brand collabs.
Capture real-time content when needed (e.g., IG stories, quick behind-the-scenes moments).
Performance Tracking & Insights
Track content performance and report on engagement, link clicks, and conversion trends.
Maintain at least a 2% engagement rate on Instagram (for 1.7M followers).
Prioritize content based on Viewership + Link Clicks/Funnel Sign-ups > Engagement > Followers.
